Ratlam WDM2A twins led by #16196 puff away while starting a loaded BOXN rake at Agra Cantonment. Why is the coal rake being hauled by diesels? Where is the rake headed to? The photo was taken from the Karnataka Sampark Kranti when returning to NGP from Delhi. We went through AGC station without stopping.
