Spotted this SSB (Shakurbasti) WDM-2S # 17217 just outside Ludhiana diesel shed onboard Sindhu Exp. This loco has been degraded to perform only shunting duties. All WDS-4 units working in and around Delhi are homed at SSB. And for obvious reasons, this loco was also painted in the characteristic SSB's red and light yellow livery found on all WDS-4 units. The loco earlier belonged to LKO according to the Loco Database.
