Poor finish!!!even the loco numbering is poorly done all in different colours.WDP4 had a monstrous and menacing look.But this doesn't,heard from the shed that the loco had to undergo many repairs in the shed!!Anyway KJM and SWR has welcomed another EMD ...

I second Pawan on that.. the dippy has lost the menacing looks. This one looks more like a toy version.
