It's official. GOC gets it's first WDG-4 #12424. Spotted by MAS railfan Mr. Subbaraman who is in TPJ today. He had spotted it luckily, took some snaps of it & sent to some of MAS members. It was hauling a long BCNA rake towards DG (Ramesh)

I'd expect GOC to be allotted WDP-4D.
Imagine TVC Raj or a Garib rath with a GOC livery 4D at the head.

Fantastic News... And Now sometime later, lets hope seeing EMD in proper GOC liveries....Simple-Replace this turqiose blue with dark green, and thats it..
