It is just a different kind of design that we have not been used to. The windows by the side - now they do look pretty outdated and take away from the asthetics of the loco a little bit....

If WDP-4 is ugly and this WDP-4B is uglier... what is beautiful? A WDM-3D with DBR jutting out of its Short Hood? ;-)
