BSP 604. That is Bhilai Steel Plant's loco seen inside the plant premises from my train. It looks like a WDS 6. Below the driver's window, SAIL logo can also be seen.
This appears to be a shunter built by BHEL. Seen near Ajni (near Nagpur) on 2005-11-21. Mayur Shinde.
