NG Diesels: ZDM and NDM classes

The Suri & Nayar built NDM6 are the standard workhorses on this line along with 2 examples of the NDM1 articulated loco which earlier did duty on the Kalka - Simla Railway. Here #602 is taking charge of an early evening downhill service. Matheran, 12/

This could easily be Marvin the Martian's ride but its actually an NDM6 !! #600 from Neral shed backs up to take charge of a downhill train. For some strange reason, all NDM6s now reverse at both ends and run long hood forward always on the MLR. Matheran,
