Sadly, a container terminal has come up where the platform is seen here and the far end seen here now houses the Passenger Cruise Terminal (which is just a HUGE waiting area with some immigration counters, all rarely or never used).

Even cochin had similar arrangement. The name of station was COchin Pier (CHP). Remains of the station can be seen here:
