Madras and South Mahratta Railway regiment badge. This was issued in 1908 and was manufactured by J R Gaunt & Sons London. I have noticed (from my collection) most of the Railway regiment medals issued during the time across BB&CI, GIPR, NWR, MSM were manufacutred by J R Gaunt & Sons London. M Senthil Kumar
