The Train which ran without a Loco..!!
The loco # 22557 which hauled Trivandrum-Chennai Superfast Mail,on 30-09-07, got detached from the train, two times, after leaving Trivandrum Central,near Kochuveli and Kazhakoottam stations!
WAP4 # 22712 came from Trivandrum Central with top Railway Officials and Technicians to fix the problem.
You can see cameras and media personals from almost all the malayalam tv channels covering the incident!
The train started 2 hours later from Kazhakoottam Station..

heard that the loco was tried to tie to the coaches using a rope too(as per the media news)...:)

Incidents of a similiar nature have been reported on the 2728 Godavari near Hussainsagar Jn, 2727 Godavari near Duvvada & 2738 Gautami just after leaving SC.
