  4. Rear View Mirror tied with a string.

Native Therapy:Already the newly fitted Rear View Mirrors have to be tied with a plastic string to keep them in position.But in spite of this the mirror closes inward during high speed running.Also the mirrors are a major hindrance while leaning out of the window.You cannot look straight ahead and can be a problem during an emergency.Also while the train is visible in the mirror its not clear enough.You would not be able to pinpoint small emissions of smoke from the train or an excessively oscillating coach or wagon and drivers don't trust these mirrors.
