The rails kept between the two lines are 60kg rails meant for replacing the line on the left. The track on the left is 52 kg track and the one on the right is 60 kg track!

Noticed the headlight change (livery chage as well), in the picture taken in 2000 at Madras it is showing single beam headlight and in this photo it has a double beam headlight. Same holds true for WAP4 # 22217 (in the two photos mentioned in above...
