The maintainence train on a Sunday is non so rare in Mumbai. It comes out when the people are resting at home while it takes rest on the weekdays after hardworking weekends to keep Mumbai alive. (CG)

Perhaps the maintenance train uses freshly POHed locos from Parel. Would serve as a good trial before the hit the tracks on regular duty.
