[Additional info: Speculated to be a Sudanese loco used by the NEC power stations, possibly on its way to Golden Rock for overhaul; identification from WorldDieselLoco group. Not certain.]

Which loco is this? Seems some scrap dealers have bought this loco from abroad!! NEC?? Very strange pic. The lorry too seems to be strange. Never seen such a lorry, with the bonnet
