This could easily be Tamil Nadu or Kerala, or even Sri Lanka (except that Sri Lanka has no MG). Thanks for the lovely set of pictures.

Indeed. Looks very similar to SR stations 10 years ago. Makes me remember the Palur station of Great Indian Railways
