Yes. KTM runs five pairs of Ekspres trains between Singapore and Malaysian destinations, all hauled by YDM-4s. There are a few container/tanker freighters which get twin YDM-4s straight from Singapore sidings.

Is this a loop line? I thought that Malaysia too drives on the left as in India.
