Nope, the loco existed before this run. In fact even Brindavan and Mail used to run with WAP-1 locos until P-4's became available. I think this must have been in 1997 or sometime.

was this the inaugral run of the loco too?even the buffers looks so fresh...also do the marker set featured only one light instead of the set of 2?
