WR has installed such boards before the turnouts between WR and CR lines near Elphinstone road prohibiting dual voltage locos from using those turnouts . (Aadil)

Kharad , the neutral zone structure on the OHE above the turnouts is similar to the one at Diva and AC-DC locos face no problem in negotiating those turnouts at Diva . I wonder why such restriction is imposed here .

If I am correct, these turnouts are used very rarely. In case of any need, or in case of any emergent situation, we can always go back to diesel locos !

I've seen boards stating "Unwired Turnouts". But does this one imply that the OHE over points 103, 104 is not charged, and probably serves as a "unusable" Neutral Section due to the restricted speed over them resulting in a probable stalling??
