On the morning of 6th Feb, the NRM is all set to welcome delegates for the 2010 IRFCA Convention. ()
Meanwhile, inside last minute preparations are on in full swing. ()
Delegate kits are being readied. Lalam, Sachin, Ashish, Jayant, Ashwin, Vipin... all pitched in. ()
Meanwhile delegates from all over India and abroad had started gathering the foyer. ()
Breakfast was served... ()
Goodie bags were being check out.... ()
Bharath Moro, Shanx & Vikas Chander. Vikas' support and contribution was invaluable for the Convention. ()
... and here was the goodie bag itself, with NRM diary, calendars and a custom made IRFCA t-shirt. ()
The stage was set for the show to begin ()
And we were off... Shanx welcoming the delegates... ()
... and the fun and games had begun ()

Next up was Ajai Banerji with his presentation on the construction on the Assam Rail Link post the partition of India in 1947 ()
Ajai explaining the intricacies of the subject among a maze of lines in West bengal and East Pakistan ()
Ashish Kuvelkar & Jayant Ramdasi with the next presentation of suburban traffic management out of CSTM, Mumbai. ()
Former GM-NR and Member Railway Board, Vinoo Mathur delivering an amazing presentation on Bridges, Buildings & Black Beauties of IR. ()
The creme de la creme of IR's management, the Chairman Railway Board - Mr. SS Khurana, DRM Delhi Divn - Mr. Ashwani Lohani and other senior IR officials among the audience. ()

Post Lunch - the action moves to Tughlakabad Diesel shed where the delegates were given a guided tour of the facilities... ()
Including the famed Diesel Loco Simulator... almost every one wanted to take it home. ()
