IRFCNA Convention - Durango 2014
A two day retreat for IR Fans of North America (IRFCNA) was held at Durango, Colarado on Aug 9-10, 2014. Day one involved a field trip aboard the Durango and Silverton Railroad Steam Excursion and Day two was Yard Visit/Museum tour and presentations

The morning of Day 2 and the gang is up early to chase the train. First stop is a bridge, a little distance from downtown Durango. (Bharat Vohra)
Later in the day, the gang partakes in a tour of Durango's yard and shops. (Bharat Vohra)

Great going IRFCNA! Brought back fond memories of my own wide-eyed and wonder struck up & down journeys on this railway in June 2014. If only IR could achieve a quarter of this on its heritage routes!
