The final days WCG2 locomotives in service and DC to AC Electrification on the Bhor Ghat.
This album contains pictures taken in the period before, during and after conversion of Bhor Ghat section of Central Railway from direct (DC) to alternating (AC) current. The end of DC Electrification on 2010.05.02 also marked the end of era of the WCG2 locomotives that performed the banking duties on the ghat section between Karjat and Lonavla.
