The new girder slowly but surely goes down..this needs careful & a collective effort from the men on both ends of the gantry. After the girder settles down in the place,the old girder is then cut by using gas cutter & then begins the laying of sleeper/tracks & later the raising of OHE.At this point a minor problem surfaced which forced stopping of work for quite sometime.
