WITH THIS CONVERSION ENTIRE MUMBAI SECTION OF WESTERN RAILWAY GETS CONNECTED TO THE REST OF THE 25000V AC ELECTRIFIED TERRITORIES OF INDIAN RAILWAYS..........
Picture showing the invasion of 25000V AC traction in Mumbai as on February 05, 2012. Certainly not to scale. Just tried to show the progress made by CR & WR in bringing 25KV AC traction into Mumbai, ruled by 1500V DC at present. Also, this image shows the entire DC to AC conversion calendar right from 2004 till date.

Dear Adithya - Not to think... it is... CR section of CST-Kalyan, CST-PNVL, Thane-Turbhe, Wadala-Mahim(excl) remains under DC. Time is there for it to go AC

Nice work!! seems like CR is still under DC traction, wonder when that will be converted.
