I forgot to mention that these cycles travel in the train along with the volunteers and whenever the train stops at a station, these volunteers get on to their respective bikes and ride off to the nearby villages to get in the public to check out the Red Ribbon express and try to help those who are AIDS affected. Banners, slogans, loud speakers are part of this campaign too.
