The absence of LV plate delayed the departure of Bhatinda Intercity from NDLS. In the end the Guard arranged this red coloured cloth and tied this on the hook which carries the LV board. Now the question is who takes the custody of LV board at the termination station ? and what are the other alternatives in case of such situation ?
