Sorry to respond late Abhishek. This loco is plinthed in a small town named Namsai, which is located in the Lohit district of Arunachal Pradesh. This is placed in front of the main gate of M/s Arunachal Pradesh Plywood Industries Limited. Before independence this was a British held company and was engaged in timber business.

Regarding Aseem's comment: Khatauli and Daurala are stations on the Saharanpur-Meerut-Delhi section. These sugar factories are close to this line. These NG lines were basically for carrying sugarcane from the fields to the factories, and may not have been very close to the regular lines. Anyway, they were not near the Shamli line. One of these lines could be seen from the regular trains near Pabli Khas in the 1970s.
