Konkan Trip: A sample of the food in Mandovi Express. The blue plastic plate in which lunch is served has Curd, Pickle, Salad, Rotis (in foil), Rice, a subzi (vegetable) and Dal. The papad with the lunch is served separately, seen in the plastic bag at top right. The ovel shaped aluminium foil has a similar lunch, unopened. Look at the Veg. Biryani at the top- it is served in steel containers (returnable ofcourse!) and the raita with the Biryani is in the small plastic container at the top left.
