An unknown passenger headed by ERS WDM 2 16565 in ED livery waits at Munro's Island. Whats strange with the rake? Can anyone take a guess.

Im on the newly laid double line stretch towards TVC. The unique thing about this stretch is the level crossings that are present for the old line and not for the new line. The new line has a under pass for road users.

A missing shed name but its obvious that this loco belongs to good old GOC.

One of the few sets of rakes that ply on the Quilon-Sengottai-Tirunelvelli sector. The rake thats getting a wash is the one for my train and thats the Quilon-Tirunelvelli Exp

When was the last time you saw an MG rake being given a wash? All classes and all coaches were washed and the interiors were clean. Toilets too. Another thing to note is the route board that says Kollam-Tiruneveli. The station is called Quilon.

First Class coupe on my train. I was lucky to travel by this for just Rs.53 as the TC never came. The coach was very well kept on the inside though it looks rusty and faided on the outside

The passenger rake pit lines and one for the main platform. The soaked in oil soil is where the YDM's park for a diesel refill

Once an ERS twin link but now with ED. This is the MAS-TVC Mail with WDM3A 14125. ERS shed employees were disappointed when the link was lost to ED as it was their most prestigious link.
