A view of Sasvad Road station from the Pune end. The Up line starter and the advanced starter signals are in the 'off' position to see the Gooty twins through. This is the first station to issue a Nieles ball token, as the sign indicates. The real Sasvad town (to which this station is supposed to serve) is some 15 kms way over the mountains in the front.
