Heinrich Hubbert Heinrich Hubbert from Germany is one of the early members on the IRFCA group. He's been active since the mid 90's and these pics were taken on his railfanning trips to India. We haven't heard from him on the list for quite some time. Anyways, Heinrich - thanks for these gems!
