IR trains of yesteryears wore magnifient liveries, most of which have sadly been replaced with the standard blue-dark blue of the air braked trains, or the drab maroon of the vacumm braked ones. Some special trains like the Rajdhani or Shatabdi Expresses do maintain special liveries, while some like the Karnavati or the Swarna Jayanti Express are lucky enough to have distinct paint coats. In this section, we have made an attempt to re create that colorful, but longlost past of IR.
