The #18612R could have died somewhere on the KR section - This is one of the locos that are used on the link of 1011 Mahalaxmi (Pune - Kolhapur), 1012 Mahalaxmi (Kolhapur-Mumbai), 0111 Konkan Kanya (Mumbai - Madgaon), 0112 Konkan Kanya (Madgaon - Mumbai) and 1011 (Mumbai - Pune).
