Matsyagandha Exp accident's cause 1: A hole was drilled on this rock to insert dynamite for blasting during construction of Konkan Railway. The dynamite was never inserted and the rock, never blasted. Water seepage made the rock soft and finally it fell on to tracks. By Jimmy Jose.
