Yes Gowri ! I refrained from saying that,fearing I may spark some debate on the list.We do call the loco "iyengar" whenever we spot it.

No Sid,the train has ran just 9 minutes from MS.Almost all trains in MS-VM section has a dead second loco attached to it.Aravind has captured twin WDP3A and WAM4+WAP1 combo too !!! Guess it is to prevent powers getting accumulated on one side.That day when Kanth,Akshay and Myself took the 2636 the GOC WDMx diesel was shutdown(but not removed from rake) and a new ERS WDMx was attached for the VM-MS run.We lost about 1/2 hour at VM due to inability to loco to build BP pressure.
