A 4-wheeler tank wagon. Earlier, these wagons had hook couplers with side buffers, but these have been since modified with CBCs. But this has made them prone to derailing because of the rigid frame and the lack of side buffers to limit lateral motion. This one hauls heavy furnace oil and is classified as TOHC.
