Of course, Aseem, you are quite correct. I confused this level crossing with the one at the other end of the station! It was January I think and very cold.I rode the train to Rishikesh on another day.

a slight correction! The train is not going towards Laksar Jn, but towards Dehradun/Rishikesh. As it is starting from Pf#4, it is most likely Hardwar-Rishikesh Pass.

folks! the level crossing you see besides Cabin leads to my house towards right..my railfanning began from here. My home is still there. Mike! when were you there? Thanks for making my day.
