Notice on the Pune WDG 3A # 14884 stating that the loco has been derated and is to be used only for WDM 2 duties. Such deration might occur when the loco has failed its high performance turbocharger and has been fitted with a standard WDM 2 turbo while waiting for the special spares to arrive from DLW.
