John M: Old tunnel still very much there, Jay. I mentioned it being expanded to fit the Expway - that was wrong. there are two separate tunnels, and the old tunnel being used for DN road traffic...correct.

From the sketch, it looks like the old tunnel #24 is being used for the expressway down road traffic? I think you had mentioned that it was closed. Please confirm. Thanks again.
