A transformer is located inside the 25C tunnel in each of the two caged refuges that are found at nearly the 1/3rd and 2/3rd point to power the jet fans and perhaps the lighting system. The warning plate was originally meant for 22000 Volts, but one of the zeros has been defaced in both the English and Devnagari text resulting in "2200" Volts, this being the input voltage to the transformer.
