Early next day, the main photoshoot was planned on top of the hill for special northbound trains, overlooking the Sharavati river. But we had enough time to squeeze in a quick session at the Ramtirth tunnel. As we approached the North East portal of the tunnel, this BCN rake emerged from within the hole. The aerial view shows this tunnel to be a sort of filled cutting. That is exactly what it is, a cutting that has a tunnel with a flat top and a drain running along the length. 30th May 2012
