Day 2 and the Final Day of our Sojourn. This was for covering by far the most spectacular Narrow Gauge section of India. We knew it was impossible to cover in 1 day so our target was to cover this section till Jawalanwala where it was more feasible.
Climbing an up-gradient the loco is making all efforts to reach it destination (Raj Upadhyaya)
Another small stream and another viaduct. I have not seen more viaducts than this section (Raj Upadhyaya)
The background of this place had snow clad mountains as the train crosses an LC. Sadly cloud cover had spilt everything (Raj Upadhyaya)
The viallge scenes with the mustard fields make up for a beautiful location (Raj Upadhyaya)
The barrel effect of the lens and against the light creates something different (Raj Upadhyaya)
The hills with the viaduct all massive renders the tiny NG train very small (Raj Upadhyaya)
A wider view of the viaduct shows that the train is just like a matchbox (Raj Upadhyaya)
Hence a closer view for a better shot (Raj Upadhyaya)
There was a crossing of the incoming train at Jwalanwala Road and another train from the reverse direction approaches on Gaaj Khad Bridge in Jawali (Raj Upadhyaya)
