My home city of Liverpool is often the target of jokes because it's citizens are alleged to be the worst thieves in the UK.A popular pastime is alleged to be jacking cars up onto piles of bricks and stealing the wheels! I felt at home when I visited Chitpur loco shed as there were several locos without wheels and even some up on blocks. This WM seems unlikely to work again although there was an intact loco in the shed so maybe it had undergone a transplant.Chitpur Shed Kolkota 1980
