Steam loco servicing. The green loco closest to the camera is a CR D/4 class 4-6-0. These were built by Vulcan Foundry and North British in several batches between 1912 and 1923. The other locos seem to be 0-6-0s. I guess the location is Delhi. The year is 1962.
