H 24296 Bhetasi
In 1978, the last of the classic BESA design broad gauge 4-6-0s in service were 6 H class locomotives allocated to the Western Railway shed at Vadodara (Baroda). Apart from local shunting their main duty was two return daily passenger trains on the branch to Kathana. On 1978.10.20 H 24296 built in 1922 by North British of Glasgow arrives at Bhetasi with a Kathana-bound train.
