YG #4119 - "NORTH EAST QUEEN" is a YG class (freight) meter gauge (MG) steam locomotive recently plinthed in front of Guwahati Railway Station. The wheel arrangement is 2-8-2.
The loco was built in 1956 by Wiener Lokomotivfabrik, Floridsdorf, Germany.
It was serving Badarpur Steam Loco Shed of NFR. It was retired from service in 1997 after 41 years of service in NFR.
It is still a mystery that the makers plate on both sides of the cab are of Tata Locomotive and Engineering Company Limited (TELCO).
