The leftmost relay(QPR1)is an electronic time delay relay to prevent spurious triggering of the Emergency Flasher Light during the brake releasing phase.The middle relay is QPR2 which is a repeater of QPR1 and is also linked to the QFL relay to the right which is the relay which is energised when excess airflow is detected in the brake pipe.
