Graveyard of WCG2 / Pic-1: Grim remains of what was once a very mighty beast which ruled Central Railway Mumbai Territory of 1500V DC, now reduced to mere Iron and Steel scraps, thanks to invasion of 25000V AC. Seen next to a TO-BE-SCRAPPED WCG2 unit, is already scrapped base of a WCG2 unit with bogies, whereas you can see persons with gas-cutters cutting through the shell and covering of that very same loco. Huge piles of wires and cables were accumulated just behind those blue hutments which were pulled out from the scrapped locos probably. Clicked on Oct-24,2010 - day of AC conversion. Very sad sight. I remember Tambaram yard a few years ago when YAM 1s were cut up like these.

A very sad thing to see, I second you "this Locomotive once ruled the Mumbai Area".
