Not just IRFCA members, but those who took care of the WCG-2s also felt nostalgic when they 'retired'. A note stuck on the 'de-commissioned' WCG-2s standing in the Lonavla trip shed. The note reads - Thanks to Locomotive WCG-2 for succesfully serving LNL-KJT section. Warm Welcome to WAG-5 and WAG-7. From retired loco trip shed staff.
