Blast from the past: The Ashram Express starts from Delhi Cantt. sometime in the winter of 2003. As always, twin ALCOs from Abu Road shed are in the lead. However the majestic livery of the lead loco #16607 is now sorely missed. I spent many evenings standing on top of the Delhi Cantt. flyover just to see the ABR locos in these colors. The best livery of any IR shed ever !! ()

nothing beats classic MG trains. Still on the lookout of the person who ordered shutting down of Pink City Express. :-(

MG Ashram exp was much better than it's BG counterpart. It had a similar liveried twin YDM 4 and a similar liveried rake too. What an awesome sight it was to watch the twin YDM 4 with similar liveried train fly past!!

And this livery was a carry over from ABR's MG shed days..
