KJM's WDP4 # 20036 hauls freight! Actually the 20036 is the designated shunting engine at Madgaon for the day. This utilizes the loco, which was the power for the Mumbai - Madgaon 0111/0112 Konkan Kanya link and had some free time in the day. Here, the loco removes the brake van from a BOXN load. The picture also demonstrates why CBCs are infinitely safer as compared to the screw couplers - no person is required to be present in between the moving loco and the wagon to couple the two vehicles. seems that #20036 is maintained well. But aren't screw coupling more comfortable than CBC coupling which has sudden voilent jerks/jolts.
